pass holder preview of pandora

This is so exciting! I see the same in my MDE. I already have 3 FPs planned for that day in Epcot. I wonder if that makes a difference in how many more can be added.

I wonder I had my three booked too but for animal kingdom plus the pandora fastpass so that's makes four for the day

So I have a time slot of 6-8 for the AP preview, the fastpass in MDE shows as 5, but says "arrive between 5-8". We have a Tiffins ROL reservation at 4:30, which was made before I signed up for the AP Preview. Should I schedule that for earlier? I know it's all speculation at this point, but what are people's thoughts on this. Thanks! I'm so excited!

I wish I knew. My preview time is 12-2 and I have an 11am FP. I wasn't even planning on leaving my hotel until 11am, because we had a 9:30am breakfast reservation there.

Personally, I was already planning to line up at the entrance to Pandora at 5:00 for my 6-8 timeslot before these FPs showed up today. That ADR time would be a little too close for my comfort.

Is there any particular reason we would need to line up early? I wasn't planning on showing up until my starting time.

Me too, we have Rainforest at 10:45 (a fav of DD's), and our preview is 12-2. She needs to eat before we go in, but I don't know how to plan it. We are driving up that morning for the event so our timing is not very flexible.

I dont think you have to be there exactly at your FP time guys. These aren't like regular FP. They are just to make sure everyone gets at least 1 ride.

It depends on what the plan is for FoP. That's the main reason people have been lining up early during the CM previews. They were giving out only so many FPs..

Ok. I can't ride that anyway, so I'm not going to bother rushing to get there.

My guess is that there's a chance that you'll be able to go in 20-30 min before your time slot. So they just make the FP good starting an hour before so if you get in early, you can go straight toward it.

I think your fine keeping the ADR you have. I personally am going to be arriving around an hour ahead of my time slot just in case they pass out anything or open the gate early

Thanks everyone. I moved my reservation to 4:10 - I don't want to rush through the dinner, I've been looking forward to it. Also not planning on being crazy about the preview, this is a short relaxing trip for hubby and I and the AP preview thing was scheduled after our trip was planned for the night we were already in AK to see ROL. if I get to see a little bit of Pandora and go on one ride, that's awesome. Both rides would be a bonus.

I've heard they are giving everyone one FP for both rides.

I currently only have one for NRJ, though I did see your mention of WDWNT reporting everyone will get both. If/when a second FP shows up in MDE for my preview, I might not show up as early for my timeslot. Until then... still the plan.

This is also part of my reason for wanting to be there early.

Just got my email - so stinkin' excited!!!!

From the email:

PREPARE FOR YOUR
PANDORAN ADVENTURE

We look forward to welcoming you on your adventure to Pandora—The World of Avatar. There is so much to explore in this mystical world of massive floating mountains, exotic plants and creatures and breathtaking new experiences. Take your time in the Valley of Mo’ara where the land is an adventure unto itself. Discover the totems, cuisine and artifacts of the Na’vi culture that surround you along with all the sounds of the forest.
• Please remember your passage into Pandora—The World of Avatar is for your confirmed date and time only. Early admission will not be allowed. For your confirmed preview date and time, refer to your registration confirmation email.
• These previews are an early exploration of Pandora and sometimes attractions and experiences may not be available while we complete our finishing touches. In some cases, there may be extended wait times for attractions or experiences.
• Your credentials will be added to your My Disney Experience account. A simple touch of your annual pass card or MagicBand and you're in*!
• To get to the entrance of the land, take a left at the Tree of Life® and a second left toward Tiffins and Nomad Lounge.
• Entry credentials will look similar to a FastPass+ entitlement, however it will only grant entry to the land and does not apply to any specific attractions within the area.
* Credentials are nontransferable and void if sold or otherwise transferred. All Guests must have a valid Walt Disney World annual pass to attend the event and enter the Theme Park.

Looks like the Na'vi River Journey FP+ isn't a traditional FP+, just grants entry into the land:

If people are interested in meet ups I can put together a list of those going and their time slots.

Here is what I'd need.

Disboards name
AP or DVC
Time Slot/date

If not that's okay too but it seemed there was an interest in possible meet ups.
