I will be going down and staying at Windsor Hills next week with my parents, BIL, SIL, DH, and our kids. My parents are keeping the kids while we go out at night but I don't know what to do!! I know about City Walk but when DH and I went a few years ago around this time it seemed a little bland. Any ideas of what to do (oh and we will be there from Wed. night til Mon)

Are there any good R&B or jazz clubs that we could go to? Or somewhere we could "let our hair down"?:cutie:

B.B. Kings at Pointe Orlando is supposed to be a pretty good blues and jazz type club. But I hope Wednesday night is not your night out because most places are pretty dead mid-week.

Not sure why you think CityWalk was pretty bland because on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights it gets pretty crowded. The Groove and Red Coconut feature Top 40 and hip hop dance music, Latin Quarter is Latin and Techno, Bob Marley's is regae and hip hop, Margaritaville is Rock and Oldies and Pat O'Brien's is dueling pianos.

Sunday night everyone is at House of Blues in DTD for Service Industry Night. The music is techno and a little hip hop. Atlantic Dance at the Boardwalk is pretty much the only Disney-operated venue that's remaining since the PI clubs were shuttered. It's hit-or-miss as far as the crowd goes. Top 40 videos are played.

Good luck!

Maybe we went during the week to Citywalk....cause it was really boring. I think that we will give it a try this time based on your reply :thumbsup2

So maybe boardwalk one night, citywalk another, quiet carriage ride another, and one, maybe Doc's? How's that sound? Thinking about going to Texas de Brazil one night, not sure how I'll feel about going out afterwards!

Citywalk is great on Fri and Sat night and you can buy a pass that gets you into all of the nightclubs.

Jellyrolls is a must for me on all my FL trips. I'd suggest going on Wed. night and checking it out. Most people who go once usually go back again as it's alot of fun and very addicting!!

Enjoy!! :cool1:
