We are going on oct. 22nd and my sister has decided she wants to go also. I tried to make her a ressie, but it is sold out. Is this common? Does this mean it will be overcrowded? What are the chances someone will cancel?

The room is so huge you're not going to notice the crowding once you get in there. It's the waiting around outside before they let you in that is going to be an ordeal.

Keep checking for a cancellation. I think the cancellation window is either 72 or 48 hours, after that nobody will be cancelling.

I cancelled one reservation for that day yesterday!
I am now going solo as my friend can't attend. Wish I had known you needed it!

Running into the same situation. We are trying to extend our WL stay by one day at the beginning and all the rooms are sold out with the exception of a $360 /night villa.
