We are traveling in Dec. with our 4 dd's. The youngest will be 7 months. When making our dining reservations do we make them for a party of 5 or 6? I've called and was told to make them for 5, as they will automatically add 18% grat. with parties of 6 or more. We always tip, well, and often above 18% if the service is good, so we are not trying to avoid this, just want to make sure we were given correct information. Thanks

My understanding is that you count the baby, so it's a party of 6.

You're a party of six, the infant counts as a person for restaurant reservations. Even if you leave the baby out when you book, when you arrive it will be noted that you are a party of six.

I would also book as a party of 6. My reasoning is that a lot of times for a party of 5 they will try to squeeze you in at a table for 4 so you would definitely want the room they would give to a party of 6.

I'm glad I asked, because according to the cast member, they do not count a baby when reserving tables, I'll have to call back and change our count to 6 on the reservations we've already made. Thanks for the help.
