I'm planning a graduation party and inviting around 75 people.

Is there a site that will tell you how much soda, water, dessert, trays of food needed, etc.

My daughter wants a Mexican theme and the restaurant we want to order from does not do a full service catering. They will sell me trays of food, but I would have to figure out what I need.

I have chafing dishes and sternos already at my home. I have done small parties on my own, but 75 people, I need help with.

Some of the fast food Mexican places will do a full service catering, but we really want some authentic Mexican food and this place has great food.

All help would greatly be appreciated.

I really do not know of a site, though I would be interested and might try to goggle it in a few minutes, but remember that whatever number you get is going to be for "average" adults. Not teen age boys. We did a graduation party last year for my teen age son and I was amazed (well..not really but it never ceases to amaze me) the amount of food they can eat. We had a more adult focused party, with a few teens included just last night and we had a ton of food left. Just a thought.

Couple of things I have learned:

LOTS of drinks..outside? even more.
Boys eat more real food and less dessert....girls less real food more dessert.
Kids care less about variety....more of less dishes is easier and cheaper to do.
With teens..spend less on decorations....more on food.

Have fun!

Check out anglefire.com or the Betty Crocker website. Neither is great, but might give you some guidance.
