Party for the Senses tickets - where to pick/up?

Recently reserved tickets for the first PFTS - looking at my notes I wrote down "pick up tickets" - but I didn't write down where or when they told me to pick them up - anyone know if I can pick them up at the resort (Swan) or is it only somewhere in the park? TIA !

I'm going Oct 8, I booked, and paid for it, I believe I was told, and since its tied into my reservation, that I will receive the tickets when we check in...

Did you book it through the special offer with extra gift? If so, you could be right.

But normally, the CMs don't even ask which resort you are staying at. You do not have to stay on property to go.

HOWEVER (unless they've changed the way they've done it the last four years), if you booked it through the WDW FEST number, the day of the party you will get a wristband when you check in at the "Eat too the Beat" conert at the American Gardens Theatre (in front of the American Pavilion). If you don't go to the concert, you will get your wristband when you go to the World Showplace (between UK and Canada, old Millenium Village) for the party.

There are no tickets.

Thanks, Ed ! She must have mentioned picking up tickets to me or I don't know why I would have written it in my notes - oh well - so, like a PS (ADR), I just go and check in with my res #, right? Don't know if we'll make it to the concert - I can't remember the group Kansas and that's who's playing.

Kansas had a bunch of hits in the eighties, like "Dust in the Wind" and "Carry On My Wayward Son." You'd probably enjoy the show!

Thanks, Martha7 ! Of course I remember those GREAT songs - they were a few favorites of mine - such great harmonies. Can't believe I didn't associate the name of the group - yep, the old memory is certainly going quickly !! Now I DO want to plan on seeing the concert !

Have a great time! I can sympathize with you about the memory issues, although it's nice to watch movies that I've already seen and of which I have zero memory! Brings a whole new meaning to the NBC slogan, "New to You!"
