Can anyone tell me if this will be every night during the F & W Festival?

We will be at Disney from Sunday morning until Wednesday evening.

Thanks!

For the past few years, the Party for the Senses has been every Saturday evening during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

The dining event schedule for 2006 has not yet been announced by Disney. However, it's likely that Party for the Senses will once again be every Saturday evening.

I had a feeling....

I'm looking for the 2006 schedule. Is that what you meant wasn't released yet? I have not been able find any 2006 info except for the list of bands performing.

Thanks!

Yes. I meant 2006, but originally wrote 2007. I just edited my post.

When I called Disney dining I was told that tickets will go on sale at the end of July. Hopefully, the schedule will be released then too.

I was holding off making PS reservations until the info was released; however, since we will not be there on a Saturday night it looks like PFTS is out but we're looking forward to everything else.

Thank you again for all of your help!!

In past years, the F&W Festival dining event schedule showed up on several unofficial sites, such as http://www.WDWinfo.com/ and http://www.AllEarsNet.com/ a few weeks before day that Disney started taking bookings. However, the detailed schedule wasn't available at the official Disney site — so keep your eye on the unofficial sites.

It's fun to book a few F&W Festival dining events. We've gone to the Party for the Senses twice, but we enjoy the other events more. Also, I would recommend the complimentary wine tastings and complimentary culinary demos, if you want to learn more about wine and food.

You may also want to book some ADRs now. You can cancel the ones that conflict with any F&W Festival dining events that you successfully book.

Thank you for that good advice! I will continue to check WDWinfo and allearsnet frequently.

Yesterday, I saw the lineup of previous events - many of my favorite chefs and local restaurants were there. I'm looking forward to seeing them.

I didn't know about complimentary wine tasting.

You've been a great help! Thank you!

I want to do the Party of the Senses SOOOOO badly, but I have two little kids (ages 2 and 4). I'm not sure if I'm willing to leave them with a sitting service. Has anyone ever brought young children? I don't want to be disrespectful to others at the party, so I'm just asking. I probably will have to wait until my parents come with us in the Fall one year or until my kids are much older. THANKS!

Children that young might be a bit overwhelmed. There is no pop/soda, just lots of alcohol (and water, and even that is supposed to be for rinsing out your wine glass). The menus change every week with different chefs so it would depend on how adventuresome your children are. As an example, one of my favorite items was Thai duck with asian slaw and mashed potato. A couple of years ago, I remember that one dessert even had alcohol in it (or tasted like it did). I don't think there is a price for children either. I seem to remember that the price was 99.00 no matter the age.

I have seen children there but it never seemed like they were really enjoying themselves. It's rather dim, loud and, very, very crowded. You wander from booth to booth "tasting" (and trying the accompanying wine(s) if you so desire). Sam Adams beer also has a booth.
