Party Favor Templates... where to find? Pix added!!

Hello Gang,
I am wondering if anyone of you wonderful Disigners can point me in the right direction of your favorite (& easy to use) website that I can find blank party favors templatesÉ
I am looking for an assortment of things including a party hat placemarkers thank you tags for the goody bags.... and perhaps a banner?

So each little girl's name was inserted by the top... and i rolled it up and tied it with 'curly' ribbon...
I bought a folder at a dollar store that is the backgound image, scanned it and saved it as a .jpeg &
started that as my background layer. I reduced the opacity... then added the cookie cutter of her
photo and a few text layers... I was very pleased with my efforts!!
