Partners Wallpaper?

Ok everyone I need your help please!

I gave my computer to my DD and bought myself a laptop. On my old computer I had the "Partners" (Walt & Mickey) on my wallpaper.

I cannot find the site where I got that from and I really want to get that for my laptop.

Does anyone know?
