Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows when the Partners Statue that is currently covered up, will be uncovered again?

We are going in a few weeks and some of our party have never been so it would be nice if they could see it.

Thanks

Likely when Hub construction gets to the point where it won't be damaged by it. Unlikely to happen in a few weeks.

Oh no!

Had read some suggestions that it would be "about a month" but that seemed so vague that I didn't want to rely on it.

Still - there are plenty of other things to see so we will just have to make the best of all the construction.

My answer is pretty vague too. So I think you're back to "nobody knows".

I wonder why they couldn't have had the front side covered with plexiglass so that it still was visible but protected from the construction. Someone is going to say cost, but, it would be a miniscule amount of money.

I don't think guests can get close enough to it to matter what it's covered with.

We'll be there in about 19 days and I was hoping it would be uncovered by then as its one of my favourite things to see and be photographed in front of. I'm still hoping.

I fear you will be disappointed, but, good luck. Who knows... maybe.

I've already resigned myself to the fact that I won't see it this time but I'm still hoping. :)

Oh, OK! But still, something is better then nothing. The lens on my camera is telescopic.

I since poked around and discovered it could still be seen by guests (if they had used plexiglass), so you're right. Oops!
