If you do not stay in an on-site hotel, but stay in a partner hotel, can you still get in WWOHP an hour early?

You have to have booked one of the packages that include hotel stay and tickets. You can check them out on www.universalorlando.com. There are quite a few partner hotels to choose from but you must book the package.

NO, it does not have to be the HO package. That includes the breakfast at 3 Broomsticks with the hour early. You can book their "regular package"(room and tickets) and still get the early hour.

Really? This is not how I have understood it. I'm sure the experts will come along set the record straight.

Here's what the website says...

DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - PAYMENT
46 days or more - $50 per person deposit, plus cost of Airfare, Vacation Protection Plan & select add-ons due at time of reservation

45-0 days - Full payment due at time of reservation. (restrictions apply)

So you need to pay $50 per person now, and then the remainder 45 days out.

thanks! i finally did see the link to the fine print...$50 fee to change anything on the ressie will probably keep me from booking until i get my airfare, just in case my date's change.

Ok..new question finally chose my hotel and decided to book, then ran into this. If I have to cancel before 45 days it says full refund...and then in the fine print it mentions something about nonrefundable park tickets......so which one is correct? Do I get all money back before 45 days, or will I still have to purchase the park tickets (in my package 2 adult 1 day tickets)? Thanks!

Can you cut and paste exactly what it says?

am i to assume this means only if you purchase park tickets adn not a package???? this wording is right before i book....:confused3 Thanks damo!

I'm not completely sure. It sounds to me like it is a full refund, but I think you should give the toll free number a call just to confirm.

Thanks! I did call universal the ticket fine print is in regards to adding blue man group or other tickets...if you are booking a package the full amount is refundable if cancelling within 45 days. So we booked 10/14-10/16 at the Holiday Inn at the Gateway with one day tickets for 2 adults $341:banana: This is quite a deal considering this hotel is selling for $117 a night plus tax on holiday inn website and we are paying around $160 for 2 nights with the package...i was surprised in the price difference, but happy:goodvibes

I stayed at that Holiday Inn in Feb on the Potter package. It is a great hotel and I'd gladly stay there again. Very comfortable beds.
