Part time MySql DBA wanted

We (the DisBoards) are looking for a part time DBA. The work could be performed evenings and weekends so this would be ideal as some extra part time income.
The candidate must have:
Proven commercial experience with MySql in a Red Hat environment.
They need to be experienced in backup systems and Innodb conversion and use. Some windows server experience would be helpful for front end interfaces.
