Is the Parrot Cay lunch on embarkation day a serve yourself (except for beverages) buffet or do the servers do the serving?

It is always a buffet, but used to be you serve yourself, but when they were concerned about illness, they had servers walk along and put it on your plate for you, so people wouldn't touch the serving spoons with their hands. So I guess it varies. It is a great buffet and they have usually some extra stations with mango soup (great) and carving beef or pork roast and sometimes something extra like pasta station, etc.

Except for the beverages, for the most part, it is a serve yourself buffet.
