Ok, I always read about how yummy these parmesan mashed potatoes are, now, where can we order them other than Chef Mickeys? (already have breakfast at CM). Thanks!
3 large baking potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
1 C. warm milk
Method:
Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks and boil about 15 minutes until tender. Mash, using a potato masher or a heavy fork. Put back in the pot with the butter, cheese and milk. Blend well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
I have made them before at home and maybe it's just me, but it wasn't the same. You know how it is sometimes, food is just better on vacation because you didn't have to cook it.
