Hi - just cancelled our 1 bedroomed apartment at a different resort as read bad reviews and VERY expensive to upgrade. Can anyone recommend the 2 bed units at Parkway International in Kissimee? Looks great on most websites but a bit anxious about the hard sell of timeshares *** can do without the hassle - thanks. PS only got20 days to sort something out. Also been reviewng town houses etc but never stayed in a villa before so any advice would be very appreciated

if you are paying cash or doing an exchange - just ignore the sales pitch you can say NO

of course you might have to do it more than once. Just ignore the phone in the room - bring your cell phone and tell your family to call you on your cell phone - not the inroom phone

I have ressies at Parkway International at the end of next month. I posted the same question in a thread last week. If you're going after May, I'll be able to tell you what our stay was like. We are going for a two bedroom unit also.

I chose Parkway International because it was ranked rather high amongst hotels on TripAdvisor (I think it was #7). All the reviews were very positive. I hope they're right!

We stayed at a timeshare two years ago and at check-in they asked if we were morning people. I guessed they were asking about making an appointment for a sales pitch. I told them that we were late sleepers. Really, we were out at the parks by rope drop! Sure enough, upon return every evening, there was a message about a "special invitation" on the phone every day. So that was my way of avoiding the sales pitch!
