Parkway International Hotel

I have been playing around with a few dates and have narrowed it down to Feb 13-19th, which I understands runs into Presidents' Week and is "peak" season for hotel pricing.

I have found a great rate for those dates at Parkway International Hotel, less than $600 for a 2 bdrm villa. The reviews on tripadvisor are great but I couldn't find any recent reviews here. If anyone has stayed at this resort recently I would love to hear about your experience!

I stayed in 2008 and loved it. I used interval international as a trade but i would go back in a heartbeat if it is ever available again for my week

Thank you! It is absolutely the best price I have found for a 2bdrm. The only issue is it seems like we have to pay in full at the time of booking as opposed to holding the reservation with a credit card or deposit. I believe we can get a full refund up to about 72 hours ahead of check in, but I am not sure I am ready to commit just yet.
