How did they evacuate the Horizons vehicles (like the one in Steve's avatar) in case of ride malfunction or emergency?

Nope. Think about the logistics of the way the ride is setup. It's not one specific location you have to get to but rather a way out of your vehicle....

MCMom, I believe in case of an emergency, the rear panel of the car could be removed and guests could be escorted along a pedestrian sidewalk that runs the entire length of the track.

Whoooo Hooo! Way to go Ben! You got it. Only thing is it would have taken FAR too long to evacuate that ride had there been any real emergency like a fire. Yikes! Every car had a sliding rear door that had to be opened manually by a CM then the car had to be steadied while the passengers stepped out onto the narrow pathway.
