Parks Game! Part 5...Keep Playing! Resistance is Futile!

Is the Body Wars ship B-919? I'm thinking it ends in a nine because i'm hearing "niner" in my head.

And isn't King Arthur's Carousel in Disneyland? Are you trying to get a visit from the dreaded Black Monorail!!!!

Oh, B'rer Karen....good point. I completely missed that part. Since of course, there are 90 horses on Cindy's Carousel! :)

And Higgs...I missed your question earlier. Members of the Cheers cast, eh? Well, I think that Rhea Perlman is the robot on Timekeeper.

Have to think about others.

Karen..thanks so much for reminding where I was......turns every shade of RED there is.....

Sorry guys.. I so totally messed up...This Carrousel is in Disneyland..not World....so i remove the question..btw..the answer was 72...

shrugs..somedays i wonder why i even bother, trying to have a clue..lol

Now don't beat yourself up about it. It's just that we like you and I didn't want to see you get dragged away on the dreaded black monorail.

Now, to stay on topic, let's see, Rhea Perlman is the voice in Timekeeper, George Wendt is the stomach in Cranium Command...that's all I can think of, 2.

Pixie....I wouldn't worry about it. Higgs and others will certainly remember some of my classic bloopers here on this thread (in a previous version).....like the time I adamantly insisted on a particular answer until the whole Chalk Circle group "convinced" me otherwise! :p

I was just kidding....like I would know the answer anyway!

Still thinking about Cheers people in WDW. Think....think....

Don’t think too hard Granny…Karen got all of the answers…just 2…Rhea Pearlman (Carla) as 9-Eye…and George Wendt (Norm) as the stomach in Cranium Command

Whoa…did you see the Dreaded Black Monorail go whizzing by here…geez…somebody was lucky it didn’t stop :P

Oh...oh.....George Wendt (Norm) is in Cranium Command as the stomach!

And John Ratzenberger (Cliff) was a voice in Toy Story, Monsters Inc, and A Bugs Life....so I'll guess he is in "Tough to be a Bug"??

Edit note: Oops...I see the "Cheers" question is closed. BTW, I think I got Rhea Perlman first! :)

And the gold tail belongs to Cinderella's horse....at least it does in WDW! :)

OK...AAQ to Distriv...the gold tail is Cindy's horse....(Since Disney says she is a Princess...that was close enough for me)

Granny...I know that John Ratzenberger is in all of the Pixar movies...(you can hear him in the "Finding Nemo" preview...In one of the extras on Monster's Inc. I think they called him Pixar's lucky charm)...but I don't remember hearing him...but since my memory is not 100%...I'll give you an AAQ

Special non-Disney bonus...What was John Ratzenberger's first movie (or at least one of his first)...actually there is a slight connection to a WDW attraction...but I'll leave that for you to discover...:)

Waves to the Black Monorail, while giving her best Cinderella parade smile.....

Okies lets try again...

The concept of carving animal figures into the truck and branches of the Tree of Life actually came from what factual Island?

Is John's Movie The Empire Strikes Back?

I'm giving my AAQ to Granny because I ment that it was the horse belonging to the Prince, not the Princess.

Hmmmm... I'll say that his role in Ep5: The Empire Strikes Back was his first movie role. :) Which would tie into Star Tours. :teeth:

Hope everyone is having a good Friday. :)

Edit:
Ooops.... Pixie snuck in while I was posting. So that means I'll second her answer. :)

WhispyPixie> The island of Bali is the source of the real-life tree carving concept for the Tree of Life.

btuftee...congrats..handing you a bark carved AAQ..wiping her brow that it was an "acceptable" question..smiling happily~!

Wow…I thought I had another trick question there…Pix and Yensid got it…John has a small role in Empire Strikes Back…look for him in the Hoth battle scene…as Princess Leia is giving the troops instructions before the battl…he is in that crowd…in fact he has the line right after the Princess walks away…just before the scene cuts…

Okay, here's hoping this will be a good question for the group:

Name the drink and the corresponding country for each beverage sample currently available from Ice Station Cool at Epcot

That is a great question...I wish I could answer...but they were all so awful I blocked them from my mind...

I seem to remember one was called Beverly...but I don't remember the company...

Smart Watermelon from Japan
Beverly from Italy

Gee...it's been pretty crazy here this afternoon! I'm heading over to Mexico in Epcot for a margarita....anyone coming? I'll bet Jen and MBabe are already over there getting a head start!

WhispyPixie:

Italy-Beverly and Japan-Vegitabeta are correct. Your other two guesses have the right country and flavor, but I'm looking for the actual trade name of the beverage. You're getting there though.

2 down, 6 to go....
