Not sure how specific you want, but shot in the dark from me:
Animal Kingdom, the Safari ride, for the protection and safety of the animals.

I think Cheshire is pretty close here, but Test Track is a roller coaster. So my guess is actually the Lights, Motors Action Stuntshow, since those cars would need to pass all sorts of tests.

Well, actually we're still way off track here. Every HS student in America has familiarity with this law in order to receive their diploma. Even kids in elementary school are familiar with the basics -- and that's all it takes to trigger this refurb!
