If you mean jewels embedded in the pavement, that would be in the Agrabah section of Adventureland.

I'll second James... you can find jewels embeded in the ground around Aladdin's flying Carpets.

For some reason I think I remember seeing jewels in the pavement outside Mission:Space too. But I definitly remember seeing them near Aladdin's Magic Carpet.
