Where can you find a Patriot's Platter and name some of the things you'll find on it?

Patriot's Platter can be found at Liberty Tree Tavern and includes: turkey breast, carved beef, and smoked pork loin chops, accompanied with mashed potatoes, market vegetables, herb bread stuffing, and macaroni and cheese.
I'll ask another "Where in the World" question:
Where at WDW can you find a Funeral Director by the name of David L. Davies?

Diana...I've got to think that the Patriot's Platter could be found at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. And I'll take a guess and say that on that platter one will find a generous serving of roasted turkey breast, carved beef, and smoked pork loin chops, accompanied with Tavern-made mashed potatoes, market vegetables, herb bread stuffing, and macaroni and cheese.

James...is that funeral director on one of the windows above Main Street??

Where in the four main WDW parks can you find a waterfall?

Just to clarify, I'm looking for actual waterfalls, not just water overflowing (like off a roof or something).

EPCOT - Canada, Japan, Norway, Mexico (el rio del Tiempo), Imagination has a waterup.

MK - Peter Pan, 20KLUTS, Splash, JC, Pirates, Swiss Family Tree, Tiki Room

Clarifications:
Norway has what I would call rapids during the ride, but I don't recall a waterfall. Where is it?

I don't recall a waterfall in Mexico during that ride. Where is that?

20KLUTS....looking for current waterfalls only. Is there still one over there?

PoC...don't remember a waterfall...just those rapids again.

Swiss Family Treehouse...don't remember this, can someone validate?




Note: I knew when I asked this question that there would be waterfalls I don't know about. So, under the "my question-my rules" clause, I'll say that I'll accept a waterfall I'm not sure about if someone validates it!
