This person was a Disney artist, imagineer and a friend of Walt's from the early days. He was involved in creating conceptual drawings for much of Disneyland as well as working as an animator on Dumbo (plus others).

I will be away for a few days - heading to miami for NYE - going to see my favorite band for two nights. whoo hoo - this makes 10 times seeing them this year.

As far as an answer to gometros question... It definatley appears to be of asian influence... so, how about in the china pavillion in epcot gift shop near the kidcot section.
