One more thing ...
The way Disney operates now, lower crowds only mean less people in the parks. It does not translate into shorter wait time for rides. During these times they run less ride vehicles, only open one track instead of two on a ride, staff lower numbers of CMs, etc. It also will be easier to find a table at a counter service restaurant, but there will be less CMs taking orders, and some locations close during lower-crowd periods.
Toy Story Land will also open next summer, so the crowd calendars are 'out the window' - similar to this year and Pandora opening.
