Parking is $7 for regular parking, $14 for valet parking. Annual passholders get free regular parking and $7 for valet. Regular parking is free after 6 pm.

does the $7 allow for re-entry on the date of purchase (in case you want to leave and return later that day)?

Yep, you only need to pay for self-parking once per day. I'm not sure about valet.
