Is there a way to get cheaper parking?!?! We are staying by Downtown Disney, and our resort doesn't provide transportation to US. Is there a way to get a week pass? Or a shuttle service form DD that we are unaware of?!?!

You can't buy a week's parking pass. You could get an annual pass and then have free parking. Mears transportation has shuttles from almost any hotel including the hotel on and near Disney properties.

The only time regular parking rates are normal after 6pm is during HHN where regular parking rates apply until 10pm.

I think they change parking fees recently, according to their website Regular Parking is $15 now (http://www.universalorlando.com/Resort_Information/parking_information.aspx).

yep.disney is $1 cheaper. $14

I agree with Phamton with getting one AP pass. Not only will you get the free parking, after your first visit but other posts discuss ways to activate first and then park, you will get discounts on other tickets, hotels, food, and merchandise. Since you are staying at WDW you won't need the room discount but the other ones can sometimes make up the difference in the cost of the AP.
