OP, you mentioned you were staying on-site for one day. How much is that adding to your budget? Maybe you should drop that expense. However, if you do stay on-site, you would get free parking for that one day, plus your check-out day, so that's two days of free parking you can take advantage of.
You really don't need park hoppers if you will be there 8 days. You can do each park for 2 days and will see more without the time spent hopping around. We had park hoppers on our first trip and discovered it was a waste of money. With some careful planning, you don't really need the hoppers.
