If staying offsite you park at one of the disney resorts..pay the $6 fee..can you park at another resort and/or magic kingdom/mgm/akl the same day without having to pay again? Do you still pay the $6 if you have aPS for a restaurant at the resort?

once you pay for the day .....that is suppost to be good for all parks.......that you visit on that day.....

I think they give you a windshield placcard that you have to display when you park at a different site, so it's not anything you want to discard until the end of the day.

Unless you choose to utilize the valet parking service, there is no charge to park at any of the WDW resorts. If you are going to one of the monorail resorts or the BC/YC, you may be given a three hour parking permit. Disney strongly discourages people from parking at one of these resorts and then going to the parks. Too many people have been doing this and at times there hasn't been enough parking for the guests actually staying at these resorts. However, you are welcome to park at these resorts to eat or shop. Three hours should be plenty of time for that.

As the other posters have said, you only need to pay the $6 parking fee (for the theme parks) once per day. You can leave a park and return later or even change parks. Just save your receipt and show it to the parking attendant when you return or at the next park.

Hi Tedmj,
You are asking two different questions above. First if you are staying off-site you can park in the parking lots for the parks for $6 per day and if you move to a lot for another park in the same day then you do not have to pay again. Example you drive to the MK lot in the morning pay $6 they give you a reciept. In the afternoon you decide to move over to the EC lot so you drive from the MK lot to the EC lot you just show your receipt and you do not have to pay another $6 to park in the EC park lot.

Now if you are staying off-site you are not suppossed to park at any of the resorts unless you have business at the resort. Example going to dinner at one of the resorts restaurants. If you are going to eat at lets say Chef Mickey's then you could drive to the Cont and if you self park there is no charge but there is a 3hr parking limit. If you valet park there is a $6 charge. This would be in additon to the $6 you might have paid that day to park in a park parking lot.

I hope this helps you out.
