You might or might not be permitted to park at the other resort. It will depend on the guard at the entry to the parking lot area. Many of the deluxe resorts will have signs posted that parking is limited to guests of the resort, but they might permit you to park there is you have an ADR to dine. But you can't park at a resort where you are not staying to visit a theme park. You will pay to park overnight at the resort where you are staying. Parking at the theme parks for free is still a perk of being a paying resort guest.

The parking is not intended to be "get to park anywhere yay," because it would overwhelm other resorts' lots.

If you have dinner they may give you a 3 hour parking pass.

Sounds good … previously we had no issues with parking at another resort if we wanted to check it out …
