Hi there,

Anyone with experience on the enforcement of the 3-hour time limit of parking at the CR for an ADR? I am not trying to get around the rules. I plan to park there for an early 7:30am breakfast at the Wave, walk over to MK to enter a bit early for 9am opening, and then move my car to the TTC lot at the appropriate time. If we arrive at 7:20am, will we need to move our car by 10:20am on the dot, or in your experience, is there a little grace period? I can make anything work, just trying to maximize my morning park touring before leaving for a little while to move the car.

I doubt there will be a tow truck hooking up to your car at 10:20 sharp. However, do try not to overstay your welcome.

I would be very surprised if you were told of a 3 hour time limit on parking when you arrive at CR for your reservation.

But still you are one of the bad guys as opposed to one of the good guys if you leave your car parked at Contemporary after breakfast while you walk to Magic Kingdom.

Except if the MK parking lot (Transportation & Ticket Center) is closed preventing you from parking there and walking to CR in time to make your restaurant reservation, then Disney is "badder" and IMHO owes you a lot of pixie dust if they did tow your car.

I would write a note and leave that in the windshield: "Need to rush over to MK after breakfast here to do such and such and will be back around X o'clock to get my car" or something like that after parking the car. Don't want to kibitz the parking attendant to deny you entrance to the lot the moment you show up.

Since both CR and BLT are occupied at this time, both parking lots may be more full than the resorts that are partially shut down, like BC, AKL, WL. Especially that more guests are driving insted of flying. That may mean you are taking the space of a resort guest there.
