parking strollers at restaurants

We are bringing our own jogging stroller to let our 5 year old rest while visiting the parks.
Are we allowed to park our stroller outside of Disney restaurants while we dine? Will eat at Crystal Palace, various Epcot restaurants, 50's Cafe, Chef Mickey's.
Are there designated spots?

Also, would it disgruntle the CMs if we put a bike lock on it while we dine or see an attraction? We wouldn't want the stroller to leave without us.

Thank you.

Most of the restaurants in disney have stroller parking areas. Like the attractions the CM move the strollers to make room for others. We have been a few times with strollers and never have had a problem with anything being missing from the stroller. The only issue we have had is locating our stroller after a CM has moved it.

If you lock it, the stroller still needs to be able to be moved. CMs have to move them at times to make more room for strollers that are just arriving and also to keep a clear path for fire/evacuation purposes. You are not allowed to lock your stroller to anything. Putting a lock thru 2 wheels makes it still able to be moved, but impossible to use.
There has been a lot of discussion about the jogging strollers with the large front tire (not the ones that have a small set of swivel wheels). Last August, people were posting that their large wheeled jogging strollers were stopped at the turnstiles. Someone emailed WDW and was told that type of jogging stroller was not allowed in the parks anymore. I did see some when we went this March, but they are not well suited for use in crowded places like WDW where you might need to change directions suddenly.

I didn't notice any jogging strollers when we were there in May. Maybe you could re-think renting one - then if it is taken, all you have to do is show your reciept for another one. We have never had ours taken, and I don't know anyonw else who has, either.

Have fun!

Disney reps said no jogging strollers (and no wagons) allowed in parks. Will borrow a friend's regular stroller.

Thanks for all the responses!
