I want the experience of not having to drive once I show up to my vacation until it is over. I live in Florida and will be driving to Orlando to get on my cruise and then heading to AoA after my cruise. Is there a place I can park on WDW property and catch the cruise bus to Port Canaveral so I am not having to drive to WDW when we disembark?

Not sure how that would work. Time was, if you had a reservation at a WDW resort, you could park on their property while you cruised. Now it costs to park at the resorts (even when you stay there).
  • Disney Value Resorts: $13 per night.
  • Disney Moderate Resorts: $19 per night.
  • Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $24 per night.
Plus, you'd be paying $35.00 per person each way from WDW to port/port to WDW.

If it were me, I'd park at Port Canaveral and then drive to WDW.

If they would allow it (as they have in the past), you have to call the resort involved and see if you can do it. They are the ones who make the decision whether to allow people to park on resort property who are not actually there.

Be aware, sometimes the answer is "no".

Do you have a pre-cruise WDW resort stay? I don’t know that you can just arrive at AoA to catch the DCL Transfer on embarkation day. If you have a pre-cruise resort booked, you may be allowed to leave a vehicle; it’s never been guaranteed in advance (before arriving) and now with the parking fees I don’t know that they are equipped to charge overnight for non-resort guests outside of your reservation nights. You can’t actually call the resort directly.

Would you consider parking at MCO? You could take DCL transfers to port frontier, then DCL transfers to AoA after the cruise, then free ME back to the airport after your resort stay. Personally, I’d just park at the port and then drive to WDW.

Enjoy your cruise use!

Now that they charge you to park at WDW resorts per night....I personally would not want to leave a car there. I can understand some not wanting to drive but I love to drive and park at the port.
