How much does it cost to park at the cruise terminal?
Is there an unloading zone?

$10 per day at the port, paid in advance (when you drive in).

A cheaper way would be to stay at the Radisson or other nearby hotels that have free cruise parking. For a seven-night cruise, the parking would be $70 at the port. The Radisson has free parking for cruising guests, so for the cost of parking at the port you can almost have a room stay at the Radisson (if you book early enough and are savy with the promotional codes). The Radisson also has a free shuttle service to the port.
