We are quickly approaching our trip for the week of 7/23 - 7/30

1. We tend to rope drop every park. Is it worth the extra money for preferred parking?
2. Are certain parks better than others?
3. Are the busses from the parking lots still the fastest way to the MK main gate?
4. What time do they let cars in to start parking? Is that a disadvantage to those taking busses from resorts?

1. If you want to be in the front than it might be worth it to you, I don't think it was worth it to me when I had it.
2. Personal preference. I love MK and HS, my son hates those and wanted to do nothing but AK, my wife would have been content never going to HS and spending the entire time at MK and EP.
3. There is no guarantee there will be buses, sometimes there are in the morning, sometimes there is not. From my understanding, buses would be fastest, followed by the monorail and then the ferry.
4. I thought it was 1hr prior to published park opening time, but I could be completely wrong. There is an advantage to taking buses from the resorts. Those buses are allowed in before cars are let into the parking lots.

1. IMHO, I don't think its worth it especially if you are arriving that early in the morning.
2. This is all personal preference. Personally, my favorite parks are Epcot and MK.
3. The two primary options from TTC to MK entrance are monorail and ferry, I would not count on anything beyond this, there is no guarantee that they will be running busses as a third option.
4. Long story short, there IS a significant advantage to taking WDW transportation to the park, as mentioned by pp WDW buses are typically allowed in prior to normal vehicles and will drop you off directly at the main entrance of the park. If you are staying at a WDW resort, I would strongly using WDW transportation over driving..

MY bad, I was referring to parking for number two. Was curious if preferred parking was better at one park versus another. Thank you for your replies.
