Parking Question

We are DVC members and we will be driving to WDW for a 7-night stay at SSR before a 7 night Disney Cruise. Can we leave our car parked at SSR and then take r/t Disney transfers from the resort to the port? Will SSR charge for that?

You will need to call the resort and ask them. Since you will be checking out of the SSR before leaving for the cruise, your resort parking pass will have expired. I'm not sure how Disney would treat that (if they didn't know about it). They might think the car had been abandoned or call the autorities. Best to call SSR or ask when you arrive - if they say yes, my guess is they will give you a parking pass for the dashboard that goes through the end of your cruise. Keep notes on who you talk to.

Kind of wondering why you just don't drive, since you have a car. I would.

You wonder correctly...even if we could leave our vehicle at SSR why would we want to spend $240 for R/T transfers when we can park at the port for $70.00. I wasn't thinking clearly.
