This will be our first time staying at Bonnett Creek. If we drive and park can we re-enter later in the day if we go back and take a break without having to pay to park again? Also while on that topic will we get bands or just use this will be our first time staying at Bonnett Creek. I'm a little confused about what you're asking, as you're asking about several different things and it's not completely clear. If you drive your own car to the theme parks and pay to park, that parking pass is good for the entire day at any of the theme parks, not just the one you initially went to. That doesn't matter which hotel you stay it. Bonnett Creek should have it's own shuttle bus service (they used to at least), so you could use that to get to the parks.

I'm still not entirely clear on what all you're asking, it's rather confusing.

Yes, you can re-enter...and go to any other park that day.

I think you're asking if you get Magic Bands with your ticket. The answer is no, if you're off property you do not get a Magic Band, but you can buy one of course.
