We are planning on taking advantage of the 2 park days with a 1 night stay and I am wondering about the parking. On the day we check out we have plans to see Blue Man and will be at City Walk a little later. Is there any problem with leaving our vehicle in the RPR parking lot? Do they somehow monitor this parking and charge if you are there past a certain time?

You should be fine to leave your car there the next day. I would make sure you are out by midnight which would be a day change. When you leave the parking lot you need to swipe your room key so I think they would know.
