Parking question - RPR

I understand that I can leave my car in the RPR parking lot all day after checking out. But would I have "in and out" privileges after checking out? In other words, could I check out of the hotel, take the car out of the parking lot and then return to the parking lot later in the day (in order to go back to the parks)? I'm guessing that after I check out of the hotel my key will no longer work so I won't be able to get back into the parking lot.

Getting into the parking lot is never a problem, the gate opens automatically. It is getting out where you have to use your key.

Call the hotel and ask.

I went in and out with my "expired" room key. You don't get charged until midnight, so when we came back after lunch outside the parks, I had no trouble using my room key to finally leave.
