Parking passes ?

Does anyone know if you can purchase an annual parking pass. The reason being, we purchased power passes last year and have used them quite a bit but still plan another trip before they expire. (parking is not included with power passes). We stay off-site.
If I knew then what I know now I would have purchased one annual pass and 2 power passes but wasn't thinking about parking at that time.
