Parking Pass Question

When you purchase a parking pass as an add-on to a Deluxe AP, is the $14 you paid to park that day credited towards the cost of the pass or somehow otherwise given back to you?

Just take your parking receipt with you when you go to add the parking onto your pass. They credit you that amount, so long as you have your receipt.
