Parking near the DLH

We will be staying at the DLH next week and my daughter has a friend from LA wanting to come visit the day we arrive (non park day). Where would be the best place for her to park and walk over to meet us? She'll probably stay at least a couple hours.

Probably the Downtown Disney parking lot.

I would also ask Front Desk when you check in if they have any recommendations for guests visiting you but not staying overnight. I assume Downtown Disney would be the best option:

DTD parking is $14 an hour unless you are validated.It might be cheaper to park in the Mickey and Friends parking. You could also add her to your room for parking for I think $35.

The cheapest is Downtown Disney. The first hour is $10. Then, it's $14/hr after that, BUT if she goes into Downtown Disney and makes any $20 purchase, she receives an additional 3 hours of validation. So, it would be $30 out of pocket for 4 hours. She can go buy a $20 Disney gift card or something to get the validation and you can buy the card off her to use during your trip.

Or, if you guys happen to do a TS meal at DtD, they will give an additional 5 hours of validation. Just make sure she brings the parking ticket with her.
