Like any savvy business, (and let's face it, Disney is very good at what it does) Disney won't listen to Joe the Plumber but if a lot of people let Disney know their displeasure about the same situation, I am sure Disney will listen.
How many of you have been approached by Disney Research while in the parks asking if you would like to participate in a survey, either on the spot or on the web? I know I have been asked numerous times. I suspect Disney is trying to get a pulse on certain items of interest. If many negative comments are received by their guests, I have to believe that those areas would be addressed.
But don't wait until you are asked to participate in a survey. Tell Disney what you think by sending an email. The correct email address to send comments and complaints is:
