Parking ?-- I know, not again

Our families trip to WDW is in May 9-19, I have made ressies at POP for the whole time, but our local timeshare resort may still get confirmed for 7 of the days. If staying off property happens, what is the easiest parking scenario? We plan on "hopping" during the days, plus rest for our DD's (5 & 9). If you pay $10 at one park/day can you move car to another park after break later in day? If it's to big of a hassle we might just keep ressies at POP for whole time, but would love the space of offsite.

You only pay once per day, just show your receipt at the second park.
