Parking for Primo Piatto

Just wondering if anyone has experiences recently with parking at Riviera in order to dine at Primo Piatto. I know you can park at resorts if you have an ADR, but not so sure about parking if you’re going to a QS restaurant.

I saw a few recent reports of being turned away. But if you park at DS and take a bus or take the skyliner from HS it is no problem

Are you asking for immediate use or for your trip in a few months?

Friends are going soon and staying at Jambo where there is no dining. I was trying to help them with breakfast plans where they don't have to share transportation.

Thanks, hoping to go for breakfast before the parks open. I guess they could bus to AK and then transfer to Riviera, but that is pretty time consuming and they would prefer to use their own car. My friend is like me with no desire to ride the Skyliner - I am sure I would be one of those people who got stuck over the lake!

If it is just breakfast seems like more trouble than its worth since they only have like four breakfast entrees with the reduced menu, and the price is about thesame as most TS breakfasts anyway. Would suggest a breakfast at a TS restaurant where they could make an ADR and park based on that reservation (eg trattoria at boardwalk, chef mickeys new family style breakfast, the wave, olivias)

True, but if they change their mind in the morning then there is an ADR penalty. They may just end up going on a Publix run. BTW, have you had the pancakes at Primo Piatto, they are pretty great!

Hopefully someone can chime in who's actually tried it, but I've seen a couple of posters note that they were allowed access to parking if they showed they have an already processed Mobile Order. (Though that was at Captain Cook's).

Could they swing by Riviera earlier in the trip, ask the Security Guard, and it the answer is "yes", get a name?

Does the DHS-Riviera route to over a lake?

that is a good idea. I don’t know where the Skyliner crosses water, and do not plan to find out in person! :)
