Parking for HDDR?

We will be staying off site. How does parking work for the HDDR?

Basically, follow the road signs for Fort Wilderness. Park in the Guest Parking lot. Catch the resort bus that takes you to Pioneer Hall (it's too far to walk).

and it's okay to park in guest parking without some sort of sticker?

You bet. Just tell them that you're there for the HDDR. Hope you have as great a time as we did!

Thanks for the info, I'd been wondering this myself! About how much time should you allow for the resort bus to take you from the parking lot to Pioneer Hall?

Can't remember how long the bus takes. I can't imagine that the loop the bus makes would take that long, though.

Yes its just like eating at any other Disney Resort.

The actual bus ride is fairly short, even though the bus will make stops along the way. Maybe 15 minutes? But you have to wait for the right bus - I can't remember how many of the 3 bus lines go to Pioneer Hall, maybe a Ft. Wilderness expert could weigh in? And sometimes the wait for the bus seems kind of long..

We've stayed there for many years. All the buses (yellow, orange, purple) go down to Pioneeer Hall - just slightly different routes, Take the first one

Thanks! We don't check in until Sunday, and our HDDR ressies are the night before. I was worried it would be too complicated, and we'd have to change the dining until after we check-in and can use the Disney transport. This sounds like it would work out pretty well though
