Parking for Dinner and Campfire at FW

I read somewhere that non-resort guests can get a 3hour parking permit. I don't think that will be long enough to do everything we want to do at FW. Is parking handled differently there or should I pay to park at MK and take the boat?
Any suggestions?

You can park at FW. They will NOT give you a 3 hour parking pass. You can park for as long as you want. You will be parking at the Outpost. You will need to take a FW internal bus to the settlement or any other place you need to go in FW.
