Parking fees

I know this has been discussed before but damn if I can find the topic when I tried searching.

What are the parking fees for the parks? Anyone know if they still offer AAA members a discount? Thanks. I'm trying to price staying off-site vs. on-site.

I believe it is $17 per day now. I think the AAA discounted parking pass was discontinued a while ago.

Parking is $17 a day. No AAA discount that I am aware of.

As people have mentioned, $17 a day. I don't EVER recall (though I could be wrong!) there being a AAA discount offered on site. There were AAA parking passes you could buy at your local AAA office at a discount...but I know ours stopped offering them a few years ago.

AAA Diamond Parking is gone. Disney & AAA changed the status of their relationship, so AAA is no longer the preferred Disney TA. Also, the Car Care Center is no longer sponsored by AAA.

AAA never had a WDW parking fee discount for its members. AAA did have the Diamond Parking Pass, which gave AAA members a special designated area of the theme park lot for parking. Usually you had to buy WDW tickets or a WDW resort package from AAA to get the Diamond Parking Pass. AAA and WDW no longer have any business relationship, so AAA perks at WDW have ended. If you wish to valet park your car at a Disney Resort convenient to MK or Epcot, that fee has been raised to $20 (plus tip).

Just remember that $17 is for a DAY, not a park. I always advise people looking at off site versus onsite to add $17 to their offsite rental for each night because that's what it's going to cost you in $$$. But then add time and the other Florida visitors' driving "habits" to your schedule. And if you are comfortable driving back to the offsite place at night if you stay to park close. $$$ is important but not the only consideration.
