If trading to a resort thru RCI, do you still have to pay parking fee at resort?

I thought the points traded to RCI paid for the parking fee. So no paying for parking at the resort where you are staying.

Theoretically you’re right, from our DVC owner point of view. Disney charges $190 at checkin on RCI exchanges, which they call a “usage fee.” They don’t charge for parking - at least not specifically!

Wow, they charge RCI guests $190 to use Disney Resorts? Makes them waiving our exchange fees when we book an RCI resort.look all that much better.

Dumb question. What is RCI?
It's an exchange system for timeshares. Someone who owns at a DVC resort can deposit their points with RCI and then DVC makes rooms available for people who own at other participating timeshares to trade into.

Yes. They waive our DVC $95 exchange fee and add it to the RCI incoming $95 exchange fee to get the $190 figure.

I see, wow, glad we own DVC....lol But that stinks for those trading into Disney.
Not necessarily. Sometimes the purchase price (could be free), dues and exchange fees for the TS week they swap in to RCI totals up to less than the cost of the points DVC owners would pay to stay there. DVC is expensive to buy, and the dues are much higher than other TS.
