Parking Fee at Resorts

We are DVC members. We have a trip booked this coming December. We will be flying to Florida but my sister and her family will be driving. They will be staying with us. Will they have to pay the parking fee for their car?

As long as they are staying on DVC points, they will not have to pay parking.

Actually, if you are DVC member staying on cash booked through member services, you also do not have to pay parking, but you may need to stop by the front desk to make sure they have it noted correctly.

As noted, there is no parking fee for your sister's car. Nevertheless, make sure you check the room bill before departing WDW because in situations like the one you will have where it is not the members vehicle, front desk sometimes gets it wrong and adds the fee -- and it will readily take it off when the error is pointed out.
