I know i saw somewhere the price for parking at the parks?
Does anyone know them? We are staying offsite and have heard the bus/shuttle is a waste of time.
TIA
Donna

I think it's $9 a day. If you change parks, as long as you have your receipt, you can park again on that same payment.

Oh, so I could pay one fee to park at EPCOT and MGM?! That's cool! Is it more hassle to re-park, than just to walk between the parks or use Disney transportation?

Thanks Deb,
I had forgot about allearsnet, and went over there and there it was,
You were right about the 9 dollars.
Thanks again
Donna

Disney parking increased this year to $9. Personally, I would use Disney transportation whenever possible if I were you. I would hate having to walk out to the parking lots and then have to repark and so on. I guess you can tell I choose not to drive at all!!!!

You can't walk from park to park. You can drive or take WDW transportation. If you're driving to the first park, you might as well drive to the second. That way, you don't have to wait for WDW transportation to take you to the second park, and you don't have to wait for it to take you back to the first one to pick up your car.

Try the bus at home. If you prefer it there, you will certainly prefer it at WDW. The busses there are just like others, but generally cleaner - and all the adds are for Disney. If you just hate waiting for the bus, drive.

And you don't have to walk through the parking lot. They have trams that take you to your car!

Um, actually you can walk from MGM to Epcot and back. You'd be using the International Gateway (aka, back) entrance at Epcot, and while it's about a twenty minute walk, it's on a Disney-built path, and it's probably faster than either the boat or a bus.

I get that you can leave Epcot, but how do you walk to MGM?

Also, it took us 11 minutes to walk from Epcot to the Boardwalk, and we were chugging. It is only 9 more minutes to MGM?

Out the International Gateway, you can take the boat to MGM, too. The walk isn't bad, we walked for the BWV to EPCOT in about 10 minutes. It could be less if you walk fast.

We walked to MGM in less than 15 minutes, but we were staying right at the end closest to MGM.
