Parking cost clarification

Question... if we rent a car for our next DVC rental, is parking at the resort still free? And what happens if we drive to the Parks. Do we pay for parking then?

There is no resort parking fee for DVC reservations made with points.

There is no park parking fee when staying at a Disney on-site resort (including the WDW DVC resorts)
